How to crystallize fruit
These are the ingredients. 1/2 cup of water,1/2 cups of sugar, quarter teaspoon of brown cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, one apple
Pour a cup of sugar in a bowl
Add quarter of cinnamon
Add a quarter of baking soda.
Add a quarter of lemon juice
Add one and a half a cup of water
Use the apple corer to core the apple
Put the apples in the pot and cook till it boils
Put 1/2 a cup of graduated sugar on the apples. Then let it sit for 1 day.
